Greetings all
I recently started a membership at the local YMCA, and I'm looking for a good workout routine that I can use there,
utilizing the equipment commonly found there. I'd like a good cutting routine that will show results, but need to start on the beginner level as I'm just starting out. Looking to get a three day/week workout (not counting the cardio, which I
will do on the off days).
Any and all help is appreciated.
