    Hi all,

    I couldn't find the right category to write this question to, so i pop this up here.

    I've got a chest ache in the middle, it is not a permanent state, just in different cases, for a moving or a position.

    I was in many examinations, so te problem is not with lung, heart and not as well my stomach.

    In some cases after a stretch it cracks and feels better so i think it is much more like a joint problem.

    After the case history just to exclude everything else my question is that what do you offer?
    I know that swimming could be the best, but is there any way for ex. some excerciese in the gym with weights or machines.
