    Hello... I'm Jeremy and just getting back into lifting after a bad accident and a surgery. I'm hoping to learn something from this community and use the app to track my progress. I look forward to any constructive criticism and help I can get and I hope to do the same.

    No problem. .. want to add muscle and lose a little body fat. I'll be honest I don't really have a diet plan per say but I try to minimize sugar input and carbs, but I never have used much of a diet plan
