Can I share custom exercises the way I can share a routine? Also, the release notes mention that we can edit description of custom exercises, but I can't find how.
Here's one exercise I would like to share:
Walk-out push-up, courtesy of my coach
Primary: chest, tris; secondary: forearms
Starting position: squat on your heels, hands on the floor in front of you.
Keeping your toes on the floor, walk forward on your arms to a push-up position, perform a push-up, then return to the starting position. Repeat.
You can also perform an assymetric push-up by walking slightly to a side ratehr then directly forward. Alternate forward-right-left or right-left.
