Im creating a routine and a certain exercise im trying to input deals with a target rep range rather than an exact rep amount. Im noticing there isnt a way to do this (other than a comma).
For example, for bench press im trying to input 3 sets of 4-6 reps and it wont allow me. Is there a way to write this (other than using a comma) thanks.
