  • How to type in a rep range in the Reps category of an exercise in a routine.

    Im creating a routine and a certain exercise im trying to input deals with a target rep range rather than an exact rep amount. Im noticing there isnt a way to do this (other than a comma).

    For example, for bench press im trying to input 3 sets of 4-6 reps and it wont allow me. Is there a way to write this (other than using a comma) thanks.

    i understand, but if i saw 6 reps and i only hit 4 reps, id be more inclined to drop weight since i didnt hit 6 reps. but if i saw 4-6 i'd know im still in range and continue with the same weight. currently my solution to my problem is just writing "46" in place of "4-6" since when does an exercise require 46 reps right? thanks for your input though.
