    Howdy!

    So I've been dieting for 20 years and exercising 10 and have maintained my weight pretty well through the entire time. I noticed weigh lifting that i did early 2013 showed the best results, without even having to think about diet. I think I got the Jefit app then but never really used it. Now i want to use it and also focus on nutrition too!

    I'm 33yo, live in Melbourne, Australia and want to be a size 10, or 65kgs (currently size 14, 74kgs), whichever comes first!

        Hi aalpass. It's great to see another Melburnian using JEFIT. It's a fantastic app for tracking your weight lifting-progress. I've been using it for the last two years (that saw me drop 20 kg and maintain a pretty fit standard since). You may need something else if you also want to track your diet/nutrition. Good Luck with your goals.
