I have been using JEFIT for a while now but just recently upgraded to the Elite edition and started a new routine. If you are from the San Diego area and would like a workout or motivational partner, let me know. My goal is to get to 8% body fat. I follow my JEFIT lifting routine but am not a fan of cardio in the gym; rather, I like to play racquetball, go kayaking, go snorkeling, etc. I think that changing my diet and sticking to it will be the most important factor in reaching my goal. I will post some progress pictures soon.
