    Morning everyone, Name is Rob thought i would write on the forum about to start training again after 3 months off due to knee injury.

    time to come back and get back into it all.

    From melb, Aust Have a martial arts background but due to time i have had to give that up and will be doing gym only so that sort of sucks and i hope i can find the motivation to stick to it, joined a 24 hour gym just so i could go with out having to worry about getting in on time.

    Anyway that is enough about me and that is my intro.

          Yeah came to rather quickly currently back lifting all the old weight i was just cardio is not 100% need to work on that.
