    Hello you all....Just wanted to introduce myself if you have any tips please share

    Hi Asya, you have stated on your page that you want to get rid of belly fat while maintaining weight. I had/ have a similar goal.

    I found it was better to go by body measurements than body weight. On the fitness side, use weights that would be heavy for you while maintaining good form. Compound lifts like squat, deadlift, press, bench are good.

    Food is the most important to get right, as Robert pointed out. Go through what you are eating & see where you can improve things. Find healthier choices. Think of this as a lifestyle rather than a diet.

    Be relentless in sticking to your goal & don't let anyone/ anything sidetrack you. Remember progress is never in a straight line.
