    Hello everyone,

    I'm glad to be here. I've been lifting weights/exercising for a long time now. I do see results, however probably not as fast as I could. So I thought tracking them here would help me out.

    I hope to put on some muscle mass while lowering my body fat percentage. I've been a skinny guy for most of my life so I'd love to go to my 10 year high school anniversary as a new person.

    Would love to add some new friends.

    Thanks Robert for the warm welcome! I do weights with short cardio at least three times a week and longer cardio an additional two days out of the week. Usually I eat lower carbs on off days and a higher amount right after weight exercises. Protein I try to keep high throughout the week. I'm thinking I need to be more strict on my carbs during off days though, but it always is so hard when friends want to go out to restaurants and drink a bit.
