Here's my story:
I've worked out on-and-off for a couple years now. I'm not in bad shape at all.
5 foot 10/11
155 pounds
I have had a tough time creating a workout routine that works for me & what I want for my body.
I do go to school full-time, have a part-time job, and I volunteer some of my time weekly as well. I am motivated to have my body look good and be healthy.
I do not want to be bulky and giant (not expecting this either)
I want to be closer to cut, and muscular. You know all that jazz…abs, shoulder/chest/back/arms/legs muscles.
So here's where I'm clueless: I don't know what exercises to do for my routine, I don't know how many reps, how many sets, how many blah blah blah. (I've done 3 sets of 8 reps in the past).
I am really willing to make this happen & hope that someone can give me some insight & advice!
