    Hey folks. This time last year I was 36 years old and weighed just over 260 at 6'2". Hated feeling sluggish all the time. So I started walking and eating better. Walking led to shuffling, led to jogging, and eventually running my first 5k.

    Since then I've dropped down to 225, have completed 16 5k's and even a half marathon (though very, very poorly). I used to go to the gym a couple times a week, then not at all. I'm back at it again as of about a month ago hitting it at least 3 times a week, and trying for more. My goal this year is injury free running as I came down with a pretty bad case of runner's knee after that half marathon. Working on building overall strength.

    To this day, I have never been able to do a pull up. Maybe that can change.
