Howdy everyone. Been working out on various things for years, but never really had a focus. I've played soccer since I was 8. I competitively raced bicycles for a few years. I kayak a fair bit. About a year and a half ago I was at my heaviest of 212. Through diet, running, and other activities, I'm down to 167 and liking it. So now, it's time to put a few good lbs back on.
The big thing holding me back right now is my shoulder. I tore it up pretty badly in a soccer game in May, and I'm still on the road to recovery. So, this ends up being therapy and hopefully some gains eventually.
