Welcome to Jefit. I've been having good results with my strength training by following a pretty standard 3x5 protocol on the 3 main lifts. I do a few warmup sets as well and test my 1rm every 3-4 weeks. I add a few complimentary exercises as well in the 8-12 rep range to work the muscles more isolated.
