      hello everybody

      Thanku so much Jefit Team for this warm welcome.

      Actualy I am new in this forum so I have ask some questions to all of you.

      How I can build up my muscle fast with powerlifting. Let me know the tips and techniques for building my muscle?

        Welcome to Jefit. I've been having good results with my strength training by following a pretty standard 3x5 protocol on the 3 main lifts. I do a few warmup sets as well and test my 1rm every 3-4 weeks. I add a few complimentary exercises as well in the 8-12 rep range to work the muscles more isolated.
