    I am a 52 year old male who needs to get back in shape (lose 20-25 lbs). I have always enjoyed lifting weights....not so much for cardio. Enjoy HIIT also. I did crossfit (i know, I know) a couple years ago but messed up my shoulder. Stopped working out to rehab and ballooned up. then got depressed and went into a funk for about a year. I finally snapped out of it this year, stopped worrying about my age and I am back into it. Very excited about this app/site. I am probably too old school in my workouts so the new plans will be fun to do now.

    Welcome abord!
    Sharing logs and routinecwith other Jefit member is a good way to stay motivated. Dont be shy to add other active members to your friend list. You'll create a nice little familywhere each one encourages the other to achieve their goals, exchanges tricks and more.
    Add me to your list, I am 52, lifting since a few years and feeling great.
    Most of all, after each workout, share your log to the communauty... and encourage the others too!
