I am a 52 year old male who needs to get back in shape (lose 20-25 lbs). I have always enjoyed lifting weights....not so much for cardio. Enjoy HIIT also. I did crossfit (i know, I know) a couple years ago but messed up my shoulder. Stopped working out to rehab and ballooned up. then got depressed and went into a funk for about a year. I finally snapped out of it this year, stopped worrying about my age and I am back into it. Very excited about this app/site. I am probably too old school in my workouts so the new plans will be fun to do now.
