It's common to get fractured or sprained during workouts. We should be careful about this along with the regular workouts and fitness programs. In that article, they explain that food which contains high water content ( Eg: Tomatoes, lettuce, Radish, Watermelon,etc.) will help us to maintain the circulation of the body and that will reduce the chance of getting fractured.
