• Ideas for healthy breakfast (fast to prepare)

Hello!
What do you usually eat for breakfast? I would be glad to know some ideas, which can be prepared in 15 or less minutes.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, Rick! I would suggest just to eat some fruits and vegatables with porridge. But if you need really quick breakfast, you can use a sanwich maker like in this review https://www.bestadviser.in/sandwich-maker . I use it too, but very seldom, when I really don't have any time for cooking and when I have the bad mood in the morning. Here you can see my last sandwiches from the weekend:
. I had very bad mood, because I had to wake up very early on Sunday

What do you usually eat for breakfast? I like to Healthy Banana Bread .this is my favourite.
This whole-wheat banana bread is so moist and delicious, you'd never know it's guilt-free. Unsweetened applesauce replaces oil or butter and, instead of refined sugar, the loaf is sweetened with honey. Bake it over the weekend, then take slices with you on busy weekdays. For a boost of protein, spread with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

My favorite fast breakfast recipe is this Smashed Avocado and Garbanzo Bean recipe from Eat This Much: https://www.eatthismuch.com/recipe/view/smashed-avocado-and-garbanzo-beans,906248/

Btw, Eat This Much is a great app to use for quick meal suggestions. It has a feature where it will suggest recipes for you based on how much time you have to cook.

On Sundays I prep 5 days of breakfasts for work. Just heat and eat on workdays.

Spray Microwave safe dish with Pam cooking spray, add the following ingredients
1.5 Cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 Cup diced mushrooms
1/2 bag of Spinach
32 oz Egg substitute
Salt/Pepper to taste

Cook in microwave 12 mins or until all eggs are cooked, Stirring/Scrambling occasionally.
Divide into 5 servings, top with salsa and/or cheese.

I love overnight oats, and bacon fried rice prepped on Sunday

Bacon Fried Rice -pretty heavy on veggies I'll eat about 1.5 cups per day. This is about 10 servings I'd guess but my kids usually eat half of it. If needing extra carbs add in corn or wheat tortilla and be filled up nicely.

1/2 lb extra thick bacon (meat of choice)
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 small yellow onion
2 medium carrots
3 stalks celery
1/2 head cabbage
8 organic large eggs - cooked in coconut oil
8 organic large egg whites
