  • Advice on the following routine

    I have been reading and messing around and I would like to have some advice on the following full body superset routine.

    Back - wide grip pulldown behind neck
    Chest - dumbell incline press
    Biceps - alt hammer curls
    Triceps - seated extensions
    Shoulders - dumbell upright row
    Abs
    Back - dumbell bent over rows
    Chest - machine fly
    Biceps - single arm preacher
    Triceps - cable pushdown
    Shoulders - dumbell front raise
    Abs

    Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks, Ryan

    Forgot to mention, they are short-set in twos. Back/Chest, Bi/Tri, Shoulder/Abs
