Started working out heavily about 6 months ago(10-15hrs a week, is heavy for me at least ha). I am 5'10" and was 198lbs, down to 172lbs now. At first I wanted to shed the extra poundage, but now I want to get bigger muscle gain, which unfortunatly probably means packing on some weight again. Does anyone have suggestions for keeping a lean look while bulking, or am I just gonna have to face the dreaded foopa again for a bit?
