    Hello everyone!

    I'm a 40 yr old dad looking to start winning the battle of the bulge. I'm cutting out beer and baked goods, and trying to exercise 5 to 6 days a week.

    A few weeks ago weighed myself and found I had crossed the 200lb mark, a psychological line I didn't want to cross.

      I'm a 40 year old dad myself so I know where you are coming from. I've been actively going to the gym for the past 4 months but looking to bulk up. I went from 175 down to 140 and now working my way back up to 175 but clean and lean this time. I started using myfitnesspal app to track my food intake which has helped a ton! I also use Jefit to track my work outs. OH forgot to mention I'm here in Oregon too! Gotta love the PCNW!!
