hi i have been doing this routine since October started t weight 119.2kg now 109.kg
4 days on 1 day off 1st week
2 days on 1 day off 2nd week
1 day on 1 day off 3rd week
then start again
any tips / is it to much
weight is coming off now need to start to tone up
train in gym at 5am in morning before work
2 protein shakes a day i after gym then at about midday then main meal about 5pm
