  • quick workout

    sometimes i want to do something different and wondered if you can track a workout without creating a routine?
    i was hoping i can just pick and record the exercises as i go along but it seems i need to create or add the exercise to a routine.
    i must be doing something wrong

    In the lower right-hand corner of the exercise section of the app, you can start a quick ad-hoc workout.
