  • skinny guy fitness question

    hi. im 6 foot and 162 lbs. i like my weight, maybe even a little lighter. Ive joined a gym as I would like to get more muscular, especially in the abs area, but overall as well. how can i accomplish this, or is it even possible? what kind of routines should i be doing? not to worried about diet as i eat pretty good as it is. any help is appreciated. thanks
