    Wow How long are you at the gym for in one day

      Mon, Wed and Friday usually 2hr - 2hr:15mins. On off days I'm at my home gym for about an hour for calisthenics. Tues 1 1/2 to 2hrs of mens league hoops. Thurs 1 1/2hrs at my dojo. I spent 2hrs 2 to 3 times a week at physical therapy for 3 months during my rehab after my shoulder surgery last april, So I just continued to block out the same time each week when I began to rehab with weights at the gym with my own routine. As my conditioning began to increase the amount of exersizes that I could complete with in that time period increased as well. In mid july I colud barely BP 20 lbs. not even do push ups leaning against my kitchen countertop, now I can press my weight of 210lbs. After 18yrs of shoulder problems that kept me from training, I dig the routine!
