  • Dinner Ideas!!

    Ok. Im trying to create a meal plan but im stuck on dinner so far i have mondays down as Fish Fillet with veggies. I weight 257 and mainly fat. My goal is to be 210ish and look good. (I really want my arms and shoulders to be big) but yea if yall have any suggestions id appreciate it.

    Lean steak, sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, spinach, chicken, apples, bananas

    Lots and lots of things you can eat.

      Hello everyone,

      Thank you for your importants suggestion,I am planning on cooking for my boyfriend today my home. I was wondering if anyone has any yummy ideas for a full dinner that is not that hard to make, starting from an appetizer and ending with a desert.

        Hi Chris,
        This is what I take mostly in dinner, you can follow my dinner diet.
        10 ounces of salmon fish, 2 cups of whole wheat pasta and 1 small serving of salad.
        As for arms and shoulders do some bicep workout. Push ups and pull ups are great exercise for arms and shoulders.
