    Anybody has any luck with this? Probably going to give it a go but give it some changes, want to add legs in there (3 day split without legs?!?!?)

      U have to add changes! theres no perfect routines, every one needs something else, its a good plan but u have to add/del some excercises for own needs.

      Yep its a no-legs-split, u can add 2 days of legs + cardio.

      Its my actually routine (one of three - every month i change it) for a year i have a knee injury (rll bad) and i have specialistic exercises, thats why theres no legs in it


      U can use this plan + a nice 2-3days split leg plan = 5-6day routine.
