How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off setting up an incline bench in between two low pulley cable machines with handles attached to each machine.

2.) Sit with your back flat on the incline bench with each hand holding onto the cables and your feet flat on the floor.

3.) Keep your arms outstretched then slowly curl the cables in towards your chest, isolating your biceps, and hold for a count.

4.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and set as desired.
