How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off by setting up a handle on a low pulley cable machine and grab the handle with one hand in an overhand grip.

2.) Keep your knees slightly bent and back straight, then pull the handle in towards your side, squeezing with your back and hold for a count.

3.) Return back to the starting position.

4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
