How To Perform Exercise

The one leg kickback exercise is a great exercise for anyone looking to firm up their glute muscles.

Steps :

1.) Start off standing at a cable tower attach an ankle cuff to a low pulley.

2.) Facing the weight stack, with a slight bend in your knees and your abs drawn in slowly kick your ankle back in and arc as high as you are able to.

3.) Return to starting position and switch ankles.

4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
