How to do it

Steps :

1.) To begin this exercise; start off in a kneeling position with a weighted barbell upon your shoulders.

2.) Lean back with your pelvis and touch your calves with your glutes and then return back to the starting position.

3.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed.
