How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Begin by kneeling on the floor with your knees close together and your feet wide apart.

2.) Place your hands on the soles of your feet and lift up from your pubic bone and back towards the ceiling.

3.) Hold this position for a few seconds and return back to the starting position.
