How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Begin by kneeling on the floor in front of an exercise ball and then place your hands on the ball with your arms straight.

2.) Roll down forward slowly so that your head is even with your arms and hold this stretch for 15 to 30 seconds.

3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat this pose
