How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off in a plank position with your forearms rested upon an exercise ball and your legs extended out behind you with your toes elevating your body.

2.) Squeeze on your core muscles, then take one of your legs and extended it out to the side and hold for a few seconds.

3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat with the opposite leg.

4.) Repeat this exercise for as many reps and sets desired.
