How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off by kneeling down on a mat in front of a cable machine, grabbing a straight bar and keep your back straight.

2.) Slowly pull the handle down to your knees using your knees, feeling the tension in your upper and lower lats, and hold for a few seconds.

3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets desired.
