How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off by sitting at the end of a bench straight up, gripping a dumbbell in each hand and keeping your arms parallel to your head.

2.) Slowly press the weights upward until the elbow is next to your ear and hold for a count.

3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
