How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off standing up straight with your feet shoulder width apart and arms at your side.

2.) Swing your arms straight up in front of you towards the ceiling and repeat for about 5 to 10 times, feeling a stretch in your back.

3.) Repeat for as many reps as desired.
