I'm a new member. i'm looking for a workout for a beginner who wants to lose wieght and tone up.

I have no machines and will be working out from home. I have a bench and basic weights set.

I intend to do running (road/treadmill) an alternate days to the workouts.

Can anyone point me to a good routine that i can download.

If you want to lose and tone without focusing on getting bigger, look under the cutting section.

Or if there's to much choice/using equipment you don't have
you could look in the exercise section and pick say 1 or 2 exercises for each body part, using what equipment you have
