Assault by MusclePharm, a mate recommended I try it and I noticed that it's the no.1 preworkout on bodybuilding.com & discountsupplements.ie.

There's no huge buzz off it but it does wake you up if you feel tired or burnt out. You also get 2 grams of Beta Alanine per serving.

Only annoying thing about it is the way it's marketed. It gives you a large scooper yet says a serving is half a scoop.

Mr. Hyde right now.

Just finished off MP Assault and had a good run with it, but Mr. Hyde is insane.

ON's PRE

So far so good. I've been taking for months now. Mostly because I scored a deal on multiple containers, but it works very well. Only thing I don't care for is the occasional "burst" of cayenne you get. Wakes you up for sure!

It's worth trying. No real negatives. Just be sure to mix it with plenty of water. That "Capsimax" is basically potent cayenne pepper. If you use too little water, your mouth will be on fire.

Where do you usually get your supplements from Justin?
I watch MuscleHQ.com. They run deals every day on vitamins, pre-workouts, etc.. Most of the time they are VERY cheap. Otherwise I use bodybuilding.com or Kroger. I've been using the cheap Body Fortress proteins as of late. Helps keep the wallet thicker.

My Kroger sells Gasapri as well. So you can pickup a deal on Myofusion as well. I don't take much powder. Usually jsut on days I actually workout. I'd rather eat!

Using BSN NO Xplode

gives me good focus and great lifts. I was originally using their quick pre drinks they sell at the vitamin store but it started getting expensive so i went and just bought the whole bottle.
tried Jack5d also but it didn't work for me.

Hemavol Plasma Volumizer. This stuff is fantastic, incredible pump! I've tried roughly 10 pre workouts and I'm loving this hemavol stuff. Note* this is a stim-free pre workout. I used to take jack3d, c4, etc. but I felt like it wasn't good for overall health to take them on an everyday basis. If you're looking for a great pump, not 'in the zone' focus, but decent focus, and a great workout, try hemavol. Also, don't get the powder version... way too sweet and has articial sweeteners. This plamsa one is pills with no additives.

I'm currently taking ON PRE. After trying a few different pre workouts I found that this does the same, I get a nice boost in energy that seems to last well and keeps me focused but the odd peppery taste can be a put off at times. So far I haven't experienced any bad signs in energy crash etc as I have done with other pre workouts but I try to cycle between things so my body doesn't get too used to each one resulting in more scoops to get the same effects, already been told when I'm on it I become the "bench bully" as I don't want to waste any time and just get on using the energy I get haha

I'm Bullnox at the moment. Recently had a bit of the old formulation Jack3D and that was awesome but the bullnox works well enough

I've tried The USN Ultra drive. The old Jack3D (DMAA), the new Jack3d, Hellfire, uhm, few others.

Bullnox gives me great pump and energy, and I dont get the shakyness or insomnia or nausea that others have caused in the past. So far its my favourite besides Jack3D original. One or two of my friends have battled to sleep but not enough to stop using it haha.

It works perfectly for me, I would recommend giving it a try.

I'll have to try Craze now I've never heard of it till now I know the most important thing about a pre-workout is the beta-alaine in it. It's the stubstance that give you that pins and needles feeling when you take a pre-workout. Get this tho, it's what also gives you the endurance to push yourself just a little bit harder and if cycled correctly it's suppose to drastically help improve musclue strength which makes sense it's naturally found in less than lean meat like beef and pork. I was thinking of trying to come up with my own pre-workout ideas. like mixing some beta-alaine, some source of caffine, and some fruite like bananas for taste and amino-acids.

I used ripped freak this weekend and had pretty good results, I did double the recommended dose though. But I would recommend trying it if you tired of one pre-workout like me.

I screwed up a bit yesterday, I had a few empty tubs so I mixed the contents, ended up taking about a double dose of Ripped Freak a dose and a half of Bullnox and about a triple dose of ultra drive all together. I didnt sleep for love or money last night. Still a bit buzzed. Had good gym session though but dont take more than three times the recommended dose and dont mix too many I have discovered.

Maximum Bioavailability of Concentrated Formula*
RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT has better absorption and bioavailability of certain ingredients because it uses AstraGin™—the clinically-tested absorption-enhancing agent.* Essentially, AstraGin™ may enhance the beneficial effects of certain ingredients in RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT.*

THE SCIENCE BEHIND RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT
Oleuropein Aglycone (OA)
Oleuropein aglycone (OA) promotes the release of norepinephrine and epinephrine (a.k.a. adrenaline).* It's this type of ingredient that can really crank up your intensity, energy and strength in the gym.*

TyroPure™ Instantized L-Tyrosine + USP-Grade Caffeine
TyroPure™ is an Instantized form of L-Tyrosine, which allows for maximum absorption from the small intestine to the blood stream, so it can then be delivered to the brain.* In a part of the brain called the adrenal medulla, L-Tyrosine is converted into norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline).
Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors in the brain and reduces the release of adenosine, which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter (the opposite of adrenaline).*
Human research studies on athletes and military soldiers suggest that a high dose of L-Tyrosine and a moderate dose of caffeine may be a beneficial ingredient combination for maximizing alertness, cognitive function, and stamina.*

AstraGin™
AstraGin™ is a patent pending nutrient uptake enhancer that is clinically tested in humans to significantly improve absorption of specific amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.* RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT has better absorption and bioavailability of certain ingredients and is therefore able to deliver more powerful effects!*

HOW DO YOU USE RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT?
Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 250 to 500 ml of cold water and consume 30 to 45 minutes before training. Due to its extreme strength, it is highly recommended that you assess your individual tolerance and start out by using only 1 to 1 ½ scoops before you try consuming the full 2-scoop dose. RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT is so strong that many individuals find a 1 or 1 ½ scoop dose is more than strong enough to deliver maximum results. CAUTION: NEVER EXCEED 2 SCOOPS/SERVINGS PER DOSE. NEVER EXCEED 3 SCOOPS/SERVINGS IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD.

CAN RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT BE STACKED WITH OTHER SUPPLEMENTS?
Yes. RIPPED FREAK® PRE-WORKOUT can be stacked with other supplements as long as they do NOT contain caffeine or other similar stimulants. RIPPED FREAK PRE-WORKOUT can be stacked with TEST FREAK® for even greater gains in muscle and strength.*

... original formula Jack3d, like Christmas Morning right there, Christmas morning in a tub

AKA DMAA.

Much of the 'fun' (plus the potential deaths of a few imprudent users) seems to have temporarily gone out of pre-workouts now that the sale of DMAA laced supps is banned in many countries. I wonder what the next 'miracle' ingredient will be?

We still get some Dimeth pre workouts this side but they don't really do what it used to do. obviously cut back on the good stuff a lot. Such a pitty that a few ODers screw it up for the rest of us.

I really like Mr. hyde Preworkout (http://www.samedaysupplements.com/mr-hyde-pre-workout-by-pro-supps-watermelon-30-servings.html). I had an amazing pump and burst of energy. Another good one I tried is bullnox (http://www.samedaysupplements.com/bullnox-androrush-by-betancourt-nutrition-grape-35-servings.html). But I am hooked on Mr.hyde.

Insane Labs, Psychotic. My wife adores the stuff. For me it's just ok. I notice a little bit of a boost but it takes a while for it to kick in for me and I do notice my stomach is a bit bloated for a while afterwards.

There are plenty pre-workout supplements available in market. But the better one you can choose is BPI One More Rep, which contains ingredents like Nitric Oxide Antagonists (The PUMP and Muscle Building Agents).

Naturo Nitro. I have been using this creatine for a few weeks now and have seen some positive results. My muscles are adapting better to my workouts and have seen some growth. It dissolves well enough in my protein shake that it does not bother me and it is completely flavorless. I just read about it few weeks ago at Supplement Stadium (http://www.supplementstadium.com/best-creatine-pre-workout/) so I tried it. So far so good.

To stay sharp and focus in mind that added energy to boost your mental clarity when performing both pre workout (https://www.amazon.com/Pre-Workout-Supplement-PATENTED-MagnaPower-Endurance/dp/B01LZ9VQWY/?th=1) and post-workout, you should take FOCUS that also strengthening your energy and endurance.

I am using one of the best pre-workout supplement Aminoz Creatine from two months and I would say it's really very effective and result-oriented. It has no side effects. It is unflavoured so you can add it into any beverage as Water, Milk and juice etc. You can buy this supplement from its official website as well as from other online marketplaces as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm and Amazon etc.Beleive its a very genuine supplement. I would say thanks to Aminoz for this useful supplement.

I used to struggle to get motivated to work out in the mornings, the evening workout was never an issue but in the morning before work it took that extra push. I had tried some other supplements to help but I found the taste non appealing and at time 'chalky' if that makes sense.

Right now I am using a green coffee bean based pre-workout powder from Ora Organics which I am obsessed with. It tastes really good, I look forward to drinking it! So far I have tried the Ora Organic Pre-Workout Supplement -Pomegranate & Berry Flavor. This is the best as it mixes really well and is super tasty. Highly recommend. Link below:

I don't think Nutrex is good for health, the most common side effects include:

headaches.
nasal congestion.
impaired vision.
photophobia (sensitivity to light)
dyspepsia (indigestion)

Btw thanks for your recommendation.
