I make a smoothie every morning with about 30g of protein. My girlfriend is convinced that if I add protein to her smoothie she will get bulky...

I've told her this is not the case... any help from the ladies out there?

Hi Crosswhat, I drink a protein drink after my workout & have done so for some time. As Robert states, it actually helps get rid of body fat & get fit. Take a look at my profile for further proof. Best wishes.

Of course she won't get bulky :) no worries. I had the same problem, i was looking for answer and the support from this site (http://www.powerbody.co.uk/category-protein,21.html) helped me. But as i said, tell her she shouldn't worry about it :)
