Without a doubt, you can add muscle simply by eating right and lifting weights. But to truly maximize your growth, supplements are a requirement.

I think supps only helps to add muscle. The true builders eat enough of the right foods like rice, chicken, oatmeal, tuna, and so on.

I think the best supplements are real food. This is more important than supplements. You need to eat enough calories: Up to 40 calories for 1 kg bodyweight daily. Supplements only support it. I think good ones are: Beef Protein, Vitargo, Creatine, EAAs.
