    I don't tend to have music on, but generally for me it's the stupid music! feels much better pushing out the heavy bench singing along to a random song, like "HELLOOOO, IS IT ME YOUR LOOKING FORRRR"


    Either that or watch some random motivation videos etc normal on projectmotivate.me, gets me hyped up and just feel like i should be doing more and more!

    My iPod is usually on shuffle, but I almost always skip until I hit a Gorillaz song. They just get me in the mood to workout.

    random high energy song then podcast

    I usually play some high energy song at random...Taking Back Sunday is good

    Then I listen to Adam Carolla's podcast during my workout. Comedy keeps me focused so I don't get too tense and screw up my breathing.
