My name is Jason, I am 35 years old and live on the South Coast of England.

I have been flirting with strength training for a couple of years on and off with very little success however recently I invested a lot of time researching training techniques and understanding nutrition.

I believe the key ingredient missing from my training was consistency and correct nutrition. Now I have found those (and a decent training partner) I have just started 5x5 and feel pumped abut what i can achieve with my new found knowledge.
