took a trip to the deli market and bought turkey ham
and cottage cheese that they had for sale, im guessing they
made the cottage cheese since they had it upfront, in fact i love the taste, its not nasty like the
one in container, anyways what can i do with this two?
Any great recipies to eat after working out? Another
question are they two good foods? I workout around
7 pm i take my protein shake right after so i would be
eating this around 8 30 - 9 00 pm.
