    Tuna has a fair amount of protein in it.

    Chicken bacon is good. The brand I get is about 5g protein per slice at about 30 calories. Lower sodium than turkey or pig bacon.

    If you're not lactose intolerant then dairy sources (milk, natural yogurt, cottage cheese and more exotic soft cheeses e.g. quark, skyr) are good.
    Oats also have quite a lot of protein for a plant source (and are cheap and make a great breakfast).
