    Last night was shoulders and legs.

    Dinner with kids then

    barbell squats - all free barbells were taken so used the smith machine. I don't like it as much. 95x10,115x10,135x10,185x5, 225x1
    dumbbell shoulder press - 30x10,35x10,35x10,40x7 -- set new 1RM
    dumbbell lateral raise - 15x10,15x10,15x10,20x6
    dumbbell raise - 15x10,15x10,20x10,20x11 -- set new 1RM
    dumbbell arnold press - 20x10,25x10,30x10,35x10 --set new 1RM
    dumbbell lunges - 20x10,20x6 FAILURE -- my knee gave out and I hit the ground.
    dumbbell shoulder shurgs - 160x5,160x5,160x5,160x5 -- set new 1RM
    goblet squats - 60x10,60x10,75x10,75x10
    Leg press - 190x10,230x10,270x10,330x10 -- set new 1RM (was taking care with my knee)
    leg extensions - 85x10,120x10,135x10,145x10 -- set new 1RM
    lying leg curls - 80x10,110x10,125x4 -- FAILURE no more gas in the tank.

    Drank my Nu-Tek Mass Complex - 2 scoops

    Then did elliptical for 30 minutes.

    Thursday - Abs and Lower Legs

    Hehe. No, but given how hungry I am lately! They would be too expensive to eat.

    Caught my 4 year-old standing up and pushing his arms out. I asked what he was doing and he said "I'm doing push-ups". Ok ... so we had a talk and I showed him how to do a push-up, sit-up and squat. This should be fun.

    Stressful weekend, no workouts, way too much food consumed. Tomorrow will be hell and it is chest and tricep day and my wrist is sore and swollen, should be fun.
