    Cool Cutting Diet Plan

    I'm fairly new at posting on here but I've been working out for quite a while. Generally my workouts are more focused on weight and maintaining. I've been on the "Eat whatever I want cause I workout diet".

    I'm really looking to change that this time around and I'm looking to see if anyone has a good diet plan to share that I can follow. I hit the gym 4 x a week and I've just started running.

    I'm 6ft and weigh 197lbs. I'm looking to go down a few pounds not much, but would like to be at 185lbs lean. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks peeps.
