Hi, I got the Pro version today and I just can't understand what the "volume progress chart" shows. Would anyone be kind enough to explain it to me? Thank you! /Erik
I can't even get it working on a custom exercise that I have logs for! Just says "no record for Trap Bar Deadlift found."
It calculates from the weight x the reps x the total sets for the time you do the routine. This means the total value you have done for the particular exercise. Each time u do the routine its stored as a variable on the chart. So you can see if every time u go in to the gym and to that routine if you have increase the volume of weight lifted or decreased or have stayed the same.
