Canola seems to be a "cultivar".

Yeah. I'm not taking that. My butthole puckers at the mention of it.

There is a town in my province whose motto is "Land of Rape and Honey", not a wise choice...

    Day 4 of Keto

Day 3 went well and I hit my goals. I must be getting a psychological boost as I definitely like I have less bodyfat, my belly certainly does not seem to be sticking out as much.

I was tired at the end of day three and went to be really early.

Day 4 and I feel a little bit tired.

Scrambled eggs made with full fat cream again for lunch

Met a colleague at a service station, he offered to buy me a drink or lunch and I realised there wasn;t really anything on the menu I can have except black coffee!!! I had a black coffee and it was disgusting, next time I will pass.

Its an acquired taste. Also helps if they have good coffee to start with. I drink mine black except for the occasional cream on the weekend.

Wow Got that bran fog thingy today, felt a little tired at work it was a long day. This evening I felt really spaced out. hopefully this means my body is in Keto mode

I have some burgers on the grill with broccoli and peas, add some cheese however I was disappointed to read the label on my reggae reggae sauce and find out its full of sugarous carbs so I cant have it with my burgers

The fog feeling is a little bit like being stoned, maybe I am also drowsy after a long day.

I really can't do low carb diets. They freak me out and I have zero energy or motivation. The good news is that I've pretty much hit my weight loss goals even without low carbs.

    Kind Regards
    Dave

I dont think they serve good coffee at Little Chef, also the cardboard cup didn't help with the taste.

That's good news Dave, I wish I hit my goal that way but I wasn't making progress so I got to try this.

I'm sure I am in Ketosis as I haven;t touched a single sugary food and only had trace carbs from things like green veg and protein shakes. I feel okay energy wise except for feeling a bit drained in the evenings.

I am prepared to fight through the brain fog for three weeks and will hopefully see this through for at least 12 weeks.
