    Yep. That's why it looks like a lot of lifts. It's the same as the program, it was just easier to input in JEFIT like that.

    Hey Bro Im checking out Bill Starrs Workout, one of the excercise in his spreadsheet is just labelled "Row". Do you know if this is a standing bent over row or seated row, thanks?

    I assume that it is a bent over row, much the same as StrongLifts.

    Wow I am like a kid in a sweet shop looking at all the different options.

    I was set on Bill Starrs 5x5 but after having a look at German Volume Training this could be the one for me.
