To be honest a home multigym is no substitute for proper gym equipment. I bought one myself a while back (currently in storage) and I used it for catching up if I missed a gym session, or for finishing off if I had to leave a gym before I had completed a workout etc. Beyond that I just suggest you do a bit of everything that you can do on a multigym!!!

Multigyms differ enormously in the available exercises so more precise advice is impossible to give without knowing more about the equipment you have.

But if you are serious about working out, to be quite frank with you, a home multigym is not going to cut it... It's fine as a supplement to a professional gym (or home free weights) and it is useful for missed routines or injury recovery, but you are not going to make significant gains with it.

    Kind Regards

At home you don't get the motivation to gym. Although, not impossible, but it is very difficult to workout at home. I have tried many times and always failed, but I wish you luck.
